Terms of Service

I like to keep working relationships flexible and straightforward, but clear boundaries ensure projects stay on track and expectations are met.

By starting a project with me, you agree to the following terms regarding workflow, payment, and deliverable handoffs:

Bookings & Deposits: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your spot in my queue and begin production. Work starts once the deposit clears.
Timelines & Workflow: Standard projects take 3 to 14 days depending on scope. As a student balancing full-time studies alongside client work, I plan my workload carefully to meet agreed deadlines. Honest communication goes both ways if schedules shift.
Revisions: Every project includes up to 2 rounds of minor revisions (adjusting timing, text, colors, or minor layout details). Complete structural re-works or additions outside the original brief will be quoted separately.
Payment & Final Delivery: The remaining 50% balance is due upon final draft approval. Final uncompressed exports, Figma source files, or code repositories are released once full payment is received.
Ownership & Portfolio Rights: Upon full payment, you receive commercial usage rights for the final deliverables. I retain the right to feature the completed work in my portfolio and promo materials unless an NDA was agreed upon prior to production.

Your privacy matters. I keep data collection strictly limited to what is necessary to communicate with you and complete your project.

Here is a transparent breakdown of how information is handled on this site and during commissions:

Data Collection: I only collect personal information (such as your Discord tag, X (Twitter) handle, email, or project briefs) that you voluntarily submit when reaching out.
Usage & Storage: Your information is used strictly to communicate about active commissions, deliver files, or handle invoices. I will never sell, lease, or share your data with third parties.
Third-Party Content: This portfolio embeds media (such as YouTube videos using privacy-enhanced mode). Interacting with these embeds may collect standard telemetry governed by the respective platform's privacy policy.
Contact & Inquiries: If you ever wish to have your contact details or project files deleted from my records after completion, simply send me a direct message on Discord, X (Twitter) or email.
